Symptoms of colon cancer include:

• Change in bowel habits, such as diarrhea, constipation, or thin stool.
• Abdominal discomfort such as cramps, bloating, or pain.
• Bloody stool
• Abdominal pain with a bowel movement.
• Feeling that your bowel does not empty completely.
• Unexplained weight loss
• Sense of fullness
• Nausea and vomiting
• Lethargy
